All the flats are supplied with bed linen and towels, as well
as kitchen accessories and linen, satellite television, also
in the shared areas of the complex.
Moreover, the complex features a panoramic outdoor
swimming-pool, overlooking the underlying valleys, with heated
freshwater, changing-room showers, equipped with deck chairs,
sunbeds and umbrellas, and an area set out as a vegetable
garden, in which the typical vegetables of our area are grown.
The country roads and CAI pathways (Club Alpino Italiano or
Italian Alpine Club) which start in Usciano, form a maze of
routes for gentle hikes in our woods amongst the chestnut,
oak, holm oak and pine trees, and the maquis shrubland.
Guests can also use the kitchen in the living area for
breakfast, lunch and dinner. A bank, post office, chemist’s,
supermarket and other food shops, as well as bars, restaurants
and pizzerias are located about 3km from the complex
